Blvck Futures - Donation Terms & Conditions

Blvck Futures is a domestic nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Georgia. These Terms and Conditions apply to all donations made to Blvck Futures through any platform, including Square, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and any future payment methods.

1. Purpose of Donations

Donations made to Blvck Futures support our mission to serve students, seniors, families, and underserved communities through education, community support, and meaningful experiences. Donations help fund our programs, services, operational needs, and emergency assistance efforts.

2. Non–Tax-Deductible Status

Blvck Futures is not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations made to Blvck Futures may not be tax-deductible. Donors are encouraged to consult with a tax professional regarding their specific situation.

3. Use of Funds

Unless otherwise specified, all donations are considered unrestricted and may be used for:

• Programs and initiatives

• Operational expenses

• Staff or contractor compensation

• Emergency needs

• General organizational support

If a donor contributes to a specific campaign, those funds will be classified as restricted and will be used only for that campaign and the expenses necessary for its execution.

4. Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable. Because donations are immediately allocated to community programs and operational needs, Blvck Futures cannot provide refunds for any contribution made.

5. Donor Privacy and Data Use

Blvck Futures values donor privacy and handles personal information with care.

We collect only the information necessary to process donations and maintain accurate records.

• Yes — Add donors to newsletters

• Yes — Contact donors about future campaigns and events

• Yes — Use anonymized donor data for reporting and impact summaries

You may request to opt out of communications at any time by emailing info@blvckfutures.org.

Blvck Futures will never sell or share donor information with third parties, except as required to process payments.

6. Public Recognition

Unless a donor requests anonymity, Blvck Futures may publicly acknowledge contributions in campaign materials, social media posts, recap videos, printed materials, or other media.
Donors who wish to remain anonymous must notify us at the time of donation or by contacting info@blvckfutures.org.

7. Payment Processing

Blvck Futures currently accepts donations through:

• Square

• PayPal

• Cash App

• Zelle

• Venmo

These platforms may collect information according to their own privacy and security policies. Blvck Futures is not responsible for the privacy practices or security standards of third-party payment processors.

8. Donor Responsibility

By making a donation, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method

• Your donation is voluntary

• You understand that donations are non-refundable

• You understand that donations may not be tax-deductible

9. Limitation of Liability

Blvck Futures is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Payment processing errors

• Platform outages

• Unauthorized use of your payment method

• Misunderstandings regarding tax deductibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, donors agree to hold Blvck Futures harmless from any claims related to the donation process.
